MDTA currently offers private in-home lessons in obedience, behavior modification, household manners, and other areas specific to client needs. At this time, all lessons are offered in-home*. Gift certificates are available!
Private Obedience Packages:
– Available in 4 or 8 week blocks, with one hour lessons in your home each week
– Lessons follow an obedience curriculum and build each week
– Receive homework and drills to work on each week as you and your dog progress
– Currently available at the beginner and intermediate obedience level
– $50 for the 4 week package
– $90 for the 8 week package
Semi-Private Group Obedience Packages (minimum 3 and maximum 5 participants):
– Obedience training with your friends or neighbors at your own home!
– 8 week session, with a 1 hour session each week
– Beginner and Intermediate Levels Available
– Provides socialization during training and teaches the dog to listen in a challenging environment
– Lessons follow an obedience curriculum and build each week
– Receive homework and drills to work on each week as you and your dog progress
– $70/person for the 8 week package (Must graduate the Beginner session to move on to the Intermediate session, or show equivalent level of training)
In-Home Lessons- $20/hour:
– Charged at a rate of $20 per hour
– Intended to address specific issues and needs
– Can be scheduled at a time most convenient for you and your dog
– Customized to help you reach specific goals

MDTA hopes to offer additional training in the future, including agility, therapy work, and Canine Good Citizen.
